Effective date: July 28, 2026. These terms apply to the current Real Rank AI reporting, monitoring, billing, and support services.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Real Rank AI, submitting a form, requesting a report, or requesting paid visibility support, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

Real Rank AI may provide preliminary AI/search visibility reports, Google Business Profile recommendations, review templates, citation/NAP guidance, local content ideas, image/photo strategy, and a local SEO workflow for real estate professionals.

Service Nature

Reports distinguish observed data, customer-provided information, and generated recommendations. Recommendations require review before implementation, and third-party search platforms may change independently of Real Rank AI.

No Guarantees

Real Rank AI provides visibility reporting, audits, tracking, and recommendations. It does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, Google placement, listings, or AI search recommendations.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for submitting accurate information, verifying recommendations before publishing, complying with real estate advertising rules, and avoiding submission of confidential third-party information without permission.

Payments

The first Agent Visibility Report request is free. Growth Monitor is one ongoing service with two payment options: $39/month with six months paid upfront ($234 due at purchase), or $99/month paid month to month. One-time visibility boosts and separately scoped support may also be offered with their current price and deliverable shown before payment. Billing terms must be visible before payment is collected. Cancellation and refund requests are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Real Rank AI is provided as a practical local visibility planning tool. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Real Rank AI is not responsible for lost profits, lost leads, missed listings, ranking changes, platform changes, or indirect damages related to use of the service.
