Effective date: July 28, 2026. This policy describes Real Rank AI's current application data practices and service providers.

Information We Collect

Agent name, brokerage, email, phone, website, city/market, target zip code, target neighborhoods, competitor names, Google Business Profile URL, and notes submitted through forms.
Submission timestamps, user agent, and basic technical metadata needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Payment and billing information is handled by Stripe. Real Rank AI stores limited billing references and subscription status, but does not store full card numbers.

Provide audit reports, preliminary visibility reports, and service recommendations.
Respond to audit requests, visibility report requests, monthly service interest, and support messages.
Send follow-up communications about reports, service updates, and related local visibility recommendations.
Improve the service, diagnose technical issues, prevent spam, and administer billing and account support.

We may share information with hosting, storage, email, payment, and analytics providers that help us operate the service.
Current service providers include Vercel for hosting and analytics, Upstash Redis for application storage, Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, and Resend for transactional email.
We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service, users, or our rights.

We keep information only while it is needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet billing or legal obligations.
Signed-in users may submit a deletion request from Dashboard Settings. Requests are verified and reviewed before eligible application data is removed.
Deletion from active application systems does not necessarily remove records that Stripe or another provider must retain independently for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, or legal obligations.

You may request that we update or delete information you submitted.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option when available or by contacting support.
Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons.
